Welcome to accadvisor.ai, a subscription-based AI chatbot that provides medico-legal advice tailored to ACC claims in New Zealand. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

  1. Services Providedaccadvisor.ai offers users access to medico-legal advice specifically designed to assist with ACC claims in New Zealand. The service is delivered through an AI chatbot and is available via two subscription options:
  • $4.99 One-Day Trial Subscription: Access to the chatbot for 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • $49.99 Monthly Subscription: Access to the chatbot for one month, automatically renewing every month unless cancelled by the user.
  1. Subscription and Billing

2.1 Subscription Plans: You may select between the one-day trial and monthly subscription plans. The one-day trial allows access for a single 24-hour period, while the monthly subscription grants ongoing access that renews automatically unless cancelled.

2.2 Payment Method: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize accadvisor.ai to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method.

2.3 Automatic Renewal: The monthly subscription plan will automatically renew each month on the same day you initially subscribed. The renewal payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of subscription.

2.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the following month. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and reside in New Zealand to use this service.

3.2 User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or related systems.

4.2 Service Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous access to the service, accadvisor.ai does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, accadvisor.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not accadvisor.ai has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless accadvisor.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
  3. Modifications to the Termsaccadvisor.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
  4. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
