Welcome to AccAdvisor.ai (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you can use our AI-powered medico-legal platform focused on ACC claims in New Zealand. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms — if not, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Services We Provide

AccAdvisor.ai delivers expert-level assistance for ACC claims using an AI chatbot. We offer three subscription plans:

Starter Plan – $4.99 for 24-hour access (one-day trial)

Accelerator Plan – $49.99 per month (auto-renews monthly)

Advocate Pro Plan – $499 per year (auto-renews annually)

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Starter Plan: One-time access; does not renew.

Accelerator Plan: Auto-renews monthly unless cancelled.

Advocate Pro Plan: Auto-renews each year unless cancelled.

Cancelling the monthly or yearly plan stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

3. Refund Policy Summary

Starter Plan: Non-refundable due to immediate access.

Monthly & Yearly Plans: No refunds for partial periods after renewal.

4. Eligibility & Account Security

Users must be 18+ and reside in New Zealand.

You’re responsible for your account and must protect your login details.

Prohibited activities include misuse, system interference, or illegal behaviors.

5. Legal Disclaimers & Limits

No Legal Representation: We provide generalized medico-legal guidance only—not legal representation. For tailored advice, consult a qualified professional.

No Guarantee: While we strive for reliability, we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change without notice.

Limited Liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service—limited only as allowed under New Zealand law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us for claims or costs arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

7. Updates & Governing Law

Terms may be updated at any time; continued use after changes means you agree to them.

These Terms are governed under New Zealand law, and disputes fall under NZ courts’ jurisdiction.
